| The Principals | ||||||||||
Mr. Bowman’s experience in directing Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives in private industry led to his selection as a consultant to the 1995 Federal Glass Ceiling Commission, which was charged with making recommendations to the Congress and the White House on effective ways to enhance diversity throughout the public and private sector. Mr. Bowman received a bachelor’s degree from Fisk University. |

Prior to founding BowmanBecker Consultancy, LLC, Mr. Becker was a senior consultant with ORC Worldwide and a senior-level executive with Hallmark Cards, Inc. He also held professional HR positions with Ingersoll-Rand Company and Sterling Drug. He is an adjunct faculty member in the business schools at Moravian College and Lehigh University. Mr. Becker received the Instructional Systems Organization’s national award for training program design, and his articles have appeared in publications for the Organization Development Network and in HR Horizons. Mr. Becker has a master’s degree in personnel and human resource management from The American University and a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University. |
